High Season (October to April): 10 days before the date of Low Season Check In (May to September): 05 days before the date of Check In
Group Policies
The group first payment of 30% must be made upon confirmation and the balance 30 days before the arrival of the group to the hotel.

High season (October to April):
90 to 60 days before arrival: 10% of total booking value.
59 to 30 days before arrival: 30% of total booking value.
29 to 10 days before the arrival to the hotel: 50% of total booking value.
9 to 0 days before arrival: 100% of the total booking value.
Low season (May to September):
60 to 30 days before arrival: 10% of total booking value.
29 to 10 days before arrival: 30% of total booking value.
9 to 0 days before arrival: 100% of the total booking value.
Child Policies:
Children under 3 years of age are free of charge when sharing parents room, free cot for children 4 to10 years.
Extra bed for child 11 years onwards will be charged as an adult.
